Booking & Payment

Now that you have decided on your trek, all you have to do is fill out our booking form, make the payment and get ready for an experience of a lifetime!

It is essential that you fill in all the relevant sections, so we have all the necessary information at the time of booking.

Once we have received the booking form and a deposit payment, we will confirm your booking and send you further information about the trek. To make the booking a simple process, we have explained all the methods of payment we accept. If you have any queries while booking your trek, do not hesitate to get in touch with us in Chamonix.

Deposit & Payment

  • We require a deposit of £400 per person at the time of booking and details of how to pay are outlined below
  • Please note your deposit payment id none refundable or transferable
  • Once we have received the deposit we will confirm your place and send you confirmation
  • Balance of payment is due 12 weeks before the trek start date
  • We reserve the right to cancel your trek and retain your deposit if you do not pay before the deadline

Payment Methods

For deposit and balance transactions we accept the following forms of payment:

Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you must pay any fees associated with the transaction in addition to the amount due in sterling.

Please ask for our account details.

Credit or Debit Card

You can pay by credit or debit card at no extra cost, please state this on the booking form.

Once we receive your form we will send though confirmation with a link to our secure online payment page.

Personal Cheque

Should you wish to pay by personal Sterling cheque you must pay any fees associated with the transaction in addition to the amount due in sterling.
