Booking & Payment

Now that you have decided on your trek, all you have to do is fill out our booking form, make the deposit payment and get ready for an experience of a lifetime!

It is essential that you fill in all the relevant sections, so we have all the necessary information at the time of booking.

Once we have received the booking form and a deposit payment, we will confirm your booking and send you further information about the trek.

To make the booking a simple process, we have explained all the methods of payment we accept. If you have any queries while booking your trek, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

At the final stage of the booking form you will be required to pay the deposit.

Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit of £500 per person is required at the time of booking, payable by debit or credit card.
  • Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
  • Once we have received your booking form and deposit, we will confirm your place and send confirmation via our booking system.
  • The balance is due 16 weeks prior to the trek start date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your trek and retain your deposit if payment is not received by the deadline.
  • Please make sure you read and agree with our Terms and Conditions before booking.

Payment Methods

For deposit payments we require payment by debit or credit card when submitting the booking for. For final balance payments this can be paid via debit, credit card or bank transfer.

Some payments may be declined if the card does not support 3D Secure authentication, which is required for online transactions in Europe. This extra step helps protect you against fraud. A few banks, particularly in the USA and Canada, may not have 3D Secure enabled on all cards. If your payment doesn’t go through, we recommend trying another card or contacting your bank for assistance.

Credit or Debit Card

We require payment by debit or credit card at the time of booking.

The balance, due 16 weeks prior to arrival, can be paid by debit or credit card via the Manage My Booking portal.

There are no additional fees for card payments. All transactions are processed in GBP (Pounds Sterling); your card provider will apply the relevant exchange rate for your home currency.

Bank Transfer for Balance Payments

Balance payments may also be made by bank transfer.

Please note that any bank transfer fees must be covered by you, in addition to the amount due in GBP (Pounds Sterling).

Our bank account details will be provided on your final balance invoice.
